Privacy policy

The operator of the e-fitko.cz website and the F & FIT CLUB studio is f & fitclub, s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 65409451, with its registered office at Bubenečská 891/22, 160 00 Prague 6.

What data we process

Through the contact form on the Contact page, we process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

How long we keep your data

We keep data from the contact form only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, after which we delete it.

Third-party services

The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), which delivers submitted data to us by email; the form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The Contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation), and the site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser’s IP address is passed to the servers of those services. The site currently does not use any analytics or marketing cookies.
